Greetings of the Spring~
Here we are at the seasonal crossroads of Equinox. Bring on the light season and with it some warmer days. For the 3rd year running, The Homestead Restaurant kicks off their season of cuisine with a 5 course dinner perfectly paired with 5 Homer Brewing Company beers. This year's menu will whet any omnivore's palette and I invite you to join us at the table. Here's the short version of the details:

Dinner with the brewers, Saturday, March 22nd, 7:00 pm
Cost is $65 per person with tax and gratuity included.

Menu consists of crab wontons with Homer dunkel, beer cheddar soup with King & Wing ESB, spinach oyster mushroom salad with Celestial Belgian spiced ale, Creole chicken roulade or Creole sablefish with Red Knot Scottish, and chocolate opulence with raspberry China Poot porter.
My mouth is watering just typing out the menu!
